Work

CTO at a large product company — 2000+ people. My main areas are parsing, adTech, and SportTech.

What I’m focused on right now:

• Building out middle management. Getting myself out of day-to-day operations so I can focus on strategy instead of firefighting.
• Rolling out AI tools across engineering teams — Cursor, Claude. Got security approval, measuring the velocity gains, expanding to more teams.
• Figuring out how to scale an engineering org without losing quality or burning people out.
