Grime Over Here — Vitaly Lyutarevich

GOH (Grime Over Here) is the largest platform dedicated to British electronic music in the grime genre in Russia. What started as a passion project turned into a full-scale music operation — with a label, a community, and a track record of events that brought together artists from both sides of the map.

What we do

Online events — battle MC competitions, themed listening sessions, collaborative streams
Live shows — concerts featuring local and international grime artists
Music label — GOH Music releases original tracks, cross-genre experiments (grime x jazz, grime x cartoon soundtracks), and collaborative work with UK MCs
Community — 70+ active members sharing music, organizing events, and pushing grime culture forward in Russia

Why it matters to me

Organizing in music taught me more about leadership than any course ever could. The people are harder to manage, the chaos is real, and nothing goes according to plan. Every skill I picked up running GOH, I use in my day job as CTO.
